General Information:

 

Q: What Hours are you open?

The lobby will be open 15 minutes prior to the start of a class, and shut down fifteen minutes after a class. Please be mindful of exceeding these boundaries.

MindBody App-

 

Yes. All class schedules and bookings are done from the MindBody app. Members have free access to book as many classes as they would like.

 

Punch-cards are monitored through this app, and automatically deducts from your total number of classes every time you book a class. Drop-ins can be purchased from the app, online or upon entering the studio.

 

Attendance-

 

To secure your class spot, please book your class 2 hours before the class start-time. Upon entering the studio, you will also need to check-in on the front desk iPad as well.

 

Please un-book your pre-registered class if you are unable to attend. To keep our classes at appropriate sizes, we have limited the number of students who may book for each class.

Studio Etiquette-

 

To ensure a welcoming environment to all class participants, we ask for the following guidelines to be followed:

Front Desk area:

 

1. The lobby will be open 15 minutes prior to the start of a class, and shut down fifteen minutes after a class. Please be mindful of exceeding these boundaries.

 

Some of our staff teach back to back and need time to rest, as well as prepare for the next class.

 

2. Checking in at the front desk is necessary, even if you have booked through MindBody.

Yoga:

 

1. Be on time. Once the instructor has started the practice, the yoga door will be closed, and you will have to forfeit your practice for that time slot.

 

2. Many people utilize yoga as a sacred practice that requires a peaceful and mindful environment. Please refrain from conversation while in the yoga room.

 

3. Cell Phones are prohibited from the yoga room.

 

4. No glass or drinks other than water in the yoga room.

 

5. No shoes.

PIONEER:

 

1. Be on time. The setup of our HIT classes are a little different from yoga. However, to keep the class flow, anyone over 5 minutes late will need to forfeit their class time.

 

2. Shoes are required. Please wear the appropriate shoes to class. Members with flip-flops, bare-foot, etc. will not be able to participate.

 

3. Put equipment away after every circuit.

 

4. Wipe down sweat pools on the floor or equipment.


 

Kickboxing:

1. Be on time. The setup of our HIT classes are a little different from yoga. However, to keep the class flow, anyone over 5 minutes late will need to forfeit their class time.

 

2. Shoes are required. Please wear the appropriate shoes to class. Members with flip-flops; bare-foot, etc. will not be able to participate.

 

3. Wraps are required. First-time class participants may borrow a pair from the front desk. However from then on, all students will need to provide their own. Gloves are highly recommended, however optional.

 

4 Wipe down bags and any sweat pools.

Q: Do you offer Childcare?

A: Childcare is available is available for ages 3 months-12 years. (Please ask for a childcare packet if you are interested)

 

However, children may not be left unattended in the front desk area, and are prohibited to enter any of the studios without a purchased class droop-in, punch-card or membership.

 

They may not sit in on a class as a spectator.

Q: What is your Refund/Cancellation Policy?

A: Contracts

 

Upon signing a contract, an agreement to maintain membership to said term is expected.

 

Members who opt out of fulfilling their first term agreement will be held to pay 80% of the contract's remaining balance in full at the time of deactivating the account.

 

After fulfilling the contract term, membership is then held month to month and can be cancelled at anytime.

 

Any excused termination of membership will require a $150 membership holding fee upon deactivation of membership status.

 

Excused terminations: in the case of relocating beyond 30 miles from PIONEER studio, membership may be canceled without penalty with proof of new residency.

 

2. Health and medical advisement against continuing exercise from a physician to be signed by physician and notarized by member.

 

Canceling or changing forms of payment on file is not an omission from contract obligations, and will be handed to PIONEER's business attorney for submission to collections.

You will have to sign this agreement when you arrive for your first class.
